Over the last decade, I’ve built a deeply personal connection to life through photography by capturing the world around me. The natural next step for me was to explore the chemical alchemy at its foundation—elevating the processes that make such powerful documentation and exploration so meaningful. After years of focusing on capturing images, I decided to dedicate part of my work to more fully understanding these processes. Three years ago, I built a small, intimate darkroom where I process, develop, and print my negatives.

Over time, curiosity grew about what happens in that space, and I began curating workshops to introduce others to the world of darkroom printing. You can join for a single session, or choose a package of five sessions, scheduled at your own pace—weekly, monthly, or whenever it suits you.

Each workshop is tailored to your creative path and interests: from exploring printing methods, to learning the subtleties of chemical alchemy and its effects, to working with different negative formats, various enlargers, and paper types.

By the end, you’ll leave with prints to hold, skills to carry forward, and a renewed relationship with photography—not just as image capturing, but as craftsmanship in photo-making. You’ll gain a new appreciation for an often-forgotten step in working with your images.
